1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged apparel items with original tags attached within 14 days of the date you receive your order.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetics, skincare, or other beauty products that have been opened, used, or if the original seal is broken. We can only accept returns if the product is received damaged or defective .

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at service@bulewark.shop within the 14-day return window. Please provide your:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with the return shipping address.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item).

  • The refund may take some time to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@bulewark.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos or a video of the damaged/defective product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund, including outbound and return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund (following the steps above) and then place a new order on our website.

6. Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any cosmetics or beauty products that have been opened or used.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Items without their original tags.
